This is a good post. Most have put this guy in a range between 29:15-29:50, with a few ridiculous outliers below 28:50 and above 30:00. This guy probably IS a 29:30 guy +/-, depending on where he has been before and his training leading up to this workout. The only way he's a sub-29:00 guy is if this workout was extremely comfortable and he could have run two more sub 4:35s. I'm going to hazard a guess that this guy runs 29:22. I hope he'll come back and tell us what his result was.
