No, you're really inept. That did not even vaguely come across as sarcasm

AlSal is smart enough to know the rules and to not step over the limits.

actually pal, you might want to look in the mirror before calling someone else inept. Whether you found it funny or not is one thing, but how you didn't realise a statement like that was sarcasm is beyond me
I have to wonder about anyone who says they can't wait for Kara Goucher to get posted. Why would that be a good thing? Why should that make anyone here happy?
Maybe her success has more to do with the increased mileage and long tempo runs asscoiated with marathon training??? Salazar does not strike me as a cheat. It would hurt his and Nikes reputation to much. They seem to work really hard as well..and with workouts like 12*1000 close to threshold pace and 18-20 mile tempos there aerobic base is killer. Very much what Lydiard was talking about with he and his group. He also noted that marathon-style training helped improve all runners. If Lydiard had huge success by developing aerobic threshold I see no reason why others could not as well (ie Hall, Ritz, Meb, Kastor, Wetmore and CO etc..)

My keyboard did it too! Amazing!
Fabulous!! Anyone with 1/4 of a brain has very, very strongly suspected he was dirty for years now.
more then the usual accusations Ramzi was always suspect because he suddenly got better a few years back at the WC's
Coming from obscurity to win the 1500 then bounce back and when the 800 (with a PR) is suspicious. Now we have confirmation.

The sad thing is that it took 3 or almost 4 years to test him positive although there had been these suspicions. From todays point of view, it's hard to believe he was clean between 2005 and 2008.
Of course he was. From the time he started working with Boulami he was a cheating bastard.
Ramzi was my guess yesterday when the news was starting to come out. Unfortunately, we were right about him...what a bastard. fortunately, he will be out of the sport for the WCs. More than likely, this will end his career. No racing this year, no champs in 2010, and let's hope that the ban goes thru WCs in 2011. If so, there's no way he comes back as a serious threat in 2012 Olympics. If he does...well then he's found another drug. This guy and Boulami just need to go. end of story.
sucks to hear Razmi got caught, and werid that everyone was always suspiscious. I thought he was a great competitor, but now he is just an asshole. Once again a black eye for our sport. Really dissapointed.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the ones that test positive in Beijing 2008 are automatically banned for the 2012 games.
he qualified in Lagats semi and I guess did him out of a final berth?

His old training partner, El Guerrouj, can't be too happy about this development, either.

ever heard of Athletics West?
i'm not saying El-Guerrouj was clean but when Ramzi was training with El-Guerroujs group he was just a 3:36 runner.
