I end up running the mile and not running it well when I should be running longer distances. Except that I am running my PR consistently but I know that my PR should be much better. I feel like I have been in better mile shape even though I haven't but I have only run the mile a few times within the last month and haven't run it much before that so maybe it is just going to take some time to improve (unlike webb). also unlike webb, i know that i don't have alot of natural leg speed so 5k/10k is probably my best choice. I guess I just sort of felt like voicing the similarities I see between me and Webb. anyone else ever feel like this?
