I'm running a 10miler in a little over a week and it got me thinking (this isn't my training scenario) - if you had to "crash train" for a 10miler with 7 days of training, what would your training look like and at what paces (relative to race pace)? I've been training for this run (not racing it) for a couple months but it got me thinking how most people might train if they had just one week to do so.
