Hey, I am just looking for some advice on my current fitness level based on my mileage.
I am 23 year old male. I run about 10 - 15 miles per week, mainly because I am very busy. There are times I get in a 30 mile week, but to be honest they are mostly 10 - 15.
I do a lot of short tempo runs and intervals. My weekly mileage is lacking in the BASE or LONG EASY runs.
I am planning to increase my mileage steadily to eventually be up around 50-60 per week.
Early last week I ran a PR in my Road 5k (17:23). Is this good based on my mileage? If I increase my workouts how much could this realistically improve.
Last year I ran 1:26:00 for a half mara. What are the chances that I can get that down to 1:15:00? AND HOW!?!?
