Afternoon runs range- 8 to 10 miles- 6:40 to 7:30 min pace
fast 18 mile long run- 1:51:11, but usually ran around 1hr and 56 mins

typical 12x800- 1:30 rest- 2:21-2:28
Typical tempo runs/predator runs- 3 miles- 15:40's - 5-26:30-40's
PRs- 8k-26:41 5k-15:28 3k-9:05 mile-4:24 1500-3:57 800-1:54
This is my senior redshirt year and have raced 1 race last semester for XC and a 3k that I had a lot left in back in January. So I have not race much this school year. What do you think I can run a half marathon in.
