I was wondering what sort of times I am capable of over 800m and 1500m after the following sessions before the start of this season.
Sessions 1: 3 x 500m (1:45 Recvery) in 76, 76, 77

5 x 300m (1:30 Recovery) in 44, 45, 45, 45, 44
8 Minutes
8 x 200m (1:15 Recovery) in 28 + 29s
Session 2: 2 x 400m (1:30 Recovery) in 56, 56
8 Minutes
3 x 300m (1:30 Recovery), in 42, 43, 43
8 Minutes
5 x 200m (1:30 Recovery) in 29, 29, 28, 28, 27

Insufficient information. What pace were you supposed to be running in these sessions?
Why do people always turn the question around - run at a level that you have run, or is at goal pace. If you don't don't know what goal pace is, then why don't you know? Otherwise you may simply be racing a workout - easily done, ask many College runners - which tells us very little.
Assuming that you did these on your own, and the recoveries and/or volume aren't necessarily what I would prescribe for 1500m (the first session) or 800m (the second session), then presumably about 3.45(60's) and 1.52(56's). But we don't know from this what "kind" of runner you are - endurance-oriented or speed-oriented, which might affect the performances. Also, are you someone who trains well, but races poorly, or the opposite.
What are your pr's?
1:57 and 4:07 but from last season so obviously have another winter behind me. Also, 18.

More can come of you 1,500 but the training given looks to be aimed more for the 800
