Just finish the book, and I am considering taking this approach. It certainly seems like a lot of workouts. I just wanted to know if any of you used the book with good (or bad) results. I am trying to beat college PRs from a year ago. Specifically, I'd to set a PR in the 5000m (14:39 PR ... but disparately to sneak under 14:30).
I have a quick questions as well.. 1 unit of anaerobic capacity training would require 2,400m of quality?
