How is PC not getting any love....freshmen at 3:57 look out!!!
Rounds and DMR could figure in to the success of these lads. Ulrey will be toast by the 3K if he has mile qualifier, DMR 1600 going for the win. Next day mile final going for the win, then 3K less than 2 hours later. Same goes for poor Centro (not sure if he'll be in the DMR though).
Providence guys aren't in the DMR so they'll be a tad better rested than Ulrey, Acosta, Emanuel...
Good race with no clear favorite like Manzano the last 2 years.

Upset special--Austin Abbott from Washington.
Exactly right. Watch the Rupp mile video. Check out Abbott's closing speed over the last 200. You can even see part of it because he is so far back, then just pours the speed on and goes sub 4.
Stop hating on the Spartans. It's gonna be Knoll.
I've gotta go with McCarthy on this one. He's on fire.
Jacob Boone, no one has said a word about him, he has a monster fast kick at the end. Race sets up right he has been running great lately.
Don't know how big of a difference it will make, but Ulrey will run the 1200, guaranteed.
Andy McClary will be the 1600 leg.
Dorian Ulrey will win. Shane Knoll won't make the final.
Chuck Norris will win. He muscles wont contract, either. His bones will move on their own.
German Fernandez FTW. There's no way he can't win.
Lee Emanuel for sure!
Lee Emanuel for the win.
My money is on Abbott!
Try to hide your stupidity by inventing metaphors that do not reference women.
Call him a dirty rotten worm ... or a shitty piece of toilet paper or a imploded star or something. You talk like an ancient from a society of vulgar illiterates.
Hey ... and I'm not critical of you ... but just offering incite from the 21st century.

The contenders to be:
Ulrey
Centro
Emanuel

and finished 4th at his conference meet. that's pretty poor. and there are a number of runner's seeded within a few tenths. dude's gonna get eaten alive.
i don't know if knoll will win, but saying his conference performance was poor shows how much you really know about what's up. knoll was 3rd in the Big 10, losing to Switzer (a guy who ran 3:58i this year) and a guy from wisconsin...man, the badgers never have good runners. last i checked, that's far from 'poor'.
The Lee Emanuel.
