On the first day of the new design, it would be nice if Felnagle's name was spelled right on the home page.
It seems Felnagle hasn't raced much. Only found her name in the DMR at the ACC's.
It looked like she was dying a little bit in her 4:32 at the Tyson meet and not in the best of shape so if healthy and fit she could be due for a big PR (4:28 or so). Might not be good enough to win, though.
Kipyego wins the 5k and Mile.. nothing will stop her from getting 10 national titles.
The schedule:
Bowman and Felnagle run the Mile heats at 4:00 Friday and the DMR at 8:20. Tennessee favored to win so Bowman runs harder.
Kipyego runs her mile heat and then the 5,000 at 7:05.
Then the Mile final at 5:00 Saturday.
Assuming Kipyego doesn't go all out to win the 5,000, she should be in good shape for the Mile.
Bowman also has the 3,000 at 6:40 Saturday? Too much, but they are in team contention.
