bye the time usatf or any one of these running sites figures out a way to give us better coverage, google earth will have live satelite coverage of anywhere at anytime and we'll be watching it from our blackberries.
Fernandez wins - 23:37. Puskedra 5 seconds back.
You'd think USATF would find a way to stream National Championships live. Oops--I forgot: there will be ten minutes of the senior races on TV next week.

absolutely pathetic.
Running Times confirms Fernandez won by nineteen seconds. Huge margin of victory. Consider that Derrick just ran 13:44 indoors for 5,000.

Yeah, be interesting to know how the race went down because if those times are correct, that's a lot for derrick to beat puskedra by considering there close finishes over the entire cross season, and a huge margin for fernandez to beat luke by. Perhaps they backed off. But obviously Fernandez is out for redemption.

That's a better feed, thanks.
"Heading into final lap, Fernandez and Puskedra have a 5 meter gap on Derrick. Battle for 4th 44 seconds back."
Girls Junior race finish 19 secs
Thanks--it is better. So Fernandez put nineteen seconds or so between the other two over 2000 meters.

ha, that's a good one.
From the new york feed:
"Shippensburg U freshman Neely Spence is your junior women's champ. She overtook leader Allie McLaughlin about 400m into the final lap.
"Junior girls' runner up was '08 Foot Locker XC 2nd place Ashley Brasovan. 5th place FL finisher McLaughlin was 3rd."
McLaughlin is really coming along.

assuming that they were going to worlds and had already been gapped by fernandez, if not then of course not. I don't know how many us cross championships you have raced in or witnessed, but the finish order here is often not the same order as at worlds.
can anybody just list finishers 4-6....i think we all understand what happened with the top three.
Jr Girls results are up on USATF site! Congrats to our local cali girl Alex Dunne!
