Pretty much one of the options I was expecting (surprisingly good performance on overkill tapering ) but another result ( one of many ) suggested that it could be an adaptation to heavy load ( workout or weight wise ).
With only two secondary results it makes me wonder - who comes up with these names ?
Example - nobody in Poland knows what Polish fartlek is . Ask them what Big or Small Fartlek is (they vary ) and they will tell you .
Are you sure you are pronouncing "Polish Fartlek" correctly? Some people may think you are inquiring about a really thorough rim job.
I do it right in both languages .
"Polish fartlek" gives many examples of workout but nothing specific.
Same term in Polish brings no results
zatopek syndrome was named for emil zatopek for when his extremely hard training was interrupted due to an illness or injury and he ran great after being forced by an illness or injury to take time off from training.
