I suffer with Gout (metabolic arthritis) a disease created by a buildup of uric acid. I sort of know what foods I should eat and don't eat but was wondering if anyone knew off or could suggest a 2 week food plan for me? I'm struggling everyway to find one on the net. I just want to find some advice. I love running and this helps but my diet is bad and therefore cause me to stop running but of the buildup of uric acid.
