The races are posted now on Flotrack. Springer basically runs the race alone way out in front, had he not run a fast 4:10 the day before, and if he had someone pushing him I could see him running 4:05. I think right now he is in 4:05 shape, and he is still improving. If he can get into the right mixed race with elite pros outdoors, he could break 4:00 min for the mile outdoors.
To the point of him running too many races, point well taken, his coach should save him for just the biggest races now, that said this was time to make a name for himself and I don't think he's been mishandled, I don't see many of the big names from Footlocker even trying to run fast times indoors now. Soloman Haile ran a 2:01 for 800 meters in a relay and obviously not in top form.
SG had other issues at BC, yes she probably ran more races than she should have, but not burned out.
