I was wondering if anyone else out there has tried the 4 pint challenge and what times they have done?
For those who don't know what it is, it simply involves drinking 4 pints of water as quickly as possible. (A bin or bucket is usually helpful, if you want to know why, give it a try ;)
Best times achieved in my flat (all athletes) range from an incredible 29 seconds to a not too embarrassing 2 mins 34.
Give it a go, let me know how it goes!
My pb is 1min 12!
