Not sure if anyone can help me out here, but I've had a sliding/popping in my right leg that I can't seem to figure out.
When I extend my lower leg and make my knee straight, about 15 to 20 degrees before full extension, I feel a sliding or popping on the inner side of my knee, somewhat posteriorly. I'm not sure whether it is the insertion of the hamstring, or the upper part of the soleus which is doing it. Anyways, I've talked to several orthopods who don't seem to know what it is- they told me "tendonopathy" (real specific, guys).
Anyone had any experience with this? Its been this way for months, is sometimes slightly painful, but usually just uncomfortable. Any thoughts?
