Lately I have been viewing a lot posts about running regrets from college. That regret is that these runners had pushed to hard in workouts, their for tanking it in their races. Personally I take belief in the motto run hard on your workouts days and run easy on your recovery days. I think that is a motto every runner should go by. This is because I think those all out 400, 800, and mile repeat workouts give a runner that toughness needed to push through a race. Running through pain is a talent that needs to be obtained through workouts, and as long as you take the proper recovery I see nothing wrong with it. If you disagree with me, try to convince me otherwise.
