Have just recently ran under 30 for 10k.
Should i run faster over 15?

yes
you will quite certainly crack 4 minutes this year. keep it up!

would be nice, if you tell more about your workouts, what´s your 800m pr? did you do 1min rest or 1:30min

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
Lets assume you lolly gaged on the 200 jog and so you got 1:30 rest between the 200's
So 1:30 + :25 is 1:55 per 400 or about 7:40 per mile for 5 miles.
I'd call that an easy morning run or shake-out not really a workout.
