Can anyone recommend a good neutral trainer with good forefoot flexibility and forefoot cushioning?

Nike Shox
skylon if u like to feel the ground....vomero if u like cushioning
Does the skylon lack cushioning? What about the DS Trainer or Speedstar?
You are going to hear many thoughts here so I would suggest going to your local running shoe store and try many one. I am a big fan of both the Saucony Ride and the Saucony Triumph.
They have worked for me and there are other goods shoes out there but these two did the job.
brooks defyance
nike zoom elite
addidas supernova
brooks radius
DS Trainer is not neutral - it has a light post.
Mizuno Wave Rider is a winner.
I fyou like the 2100 series from Asics, try the Landreth - basically the same shoe without the posting. They also have th Cumulas, and if you're willing to break the bank, the Nimbus.
Or you could really piss your money away on the Saucony Paramount.
the elite isnt a neutral shoe.
good asics-landreth, speedstar, stratus, nimbus(a little stiffer)
nike-skylon, PEGASUS, victory
mizuno-precision, rider
never found a good brooks although the ghost is supposed to be a grea lighteight flexible shoe.
not big on saucony or new balance.
take this and go try these on at your local running store[
Saucony Progrid Triumph or guide ( a little cheaper)
brooks ghost are some solid neutral shoes
The Brooks Ghost and the newest Moto from NIke both have very good foregoot cushioning.
What's the cushioning like for the Speedstar?
I like the Nike Vomero and Pegs

Not much cushioning, but it holds up well. I have a pair and have got around 300 miles thus far on them. But cushioning wise, your not walking on a cloud or anything
