What would be the best way to incorporate 6-8 50 sec hill sprints with equal distance jog back recovery into a weekly schedule?
Should I:
a. devote a day to it and do all of them or
b. do two or three after an easy run three days a week

50 seconds is not a hill sprint, it's a hill repetition.
Do it all in one day. Warm up and cool down at least 3 miles each. Make it a long grueling day.
Some do it this way:
run 2 or 3 miles to the hill. Run the hill at 5k effort. Run past top, down the other side. Run a good 5 minutes back to the base, and do it again 6 or 8 times. Run the 2 or 3 mile cool down.
Some do it this way:
Run 2 or 3 miles to hill. Run up the hill at 5k effort. Jog down to base of hill. Repeat hill runs 8-12 times. Jog cool down.
Benefits to both.
