How is the running in Topeka? I might be spending a month or so there this summer. Any info would be helpful.

There are a few options in the way of parks in T-town, mainly places where the local HS races are held. Felker Park, Shunga, and the State LAnds north of town all have large grass areas where multiple loops are available. The best thing about running in Kansas, however, is the literally hundreds of miles of dirt (gravel) roads in each county, built along 1-mile grid lines. Once you get about 3 mile soutside most towns/cities, you can find dirt roads that will take you for miles and miles.
