So heres the lowdown, Ive been wearing orthotics for 3 years, right around the time I started running, and haven't really thought much of it since my feet were always flat. However, today I was jogging barefoot on grass and realized that even though my feet are flat, I dont really have the signs of overpronation like knees and ankles that cave in. I know that there is a difference between being flat-footed and an overpronator so I was wondering what you think. The big thing is that if I dont need them then Id like to get out because Id rather not have to run in heavy clunkers. If it helps, I now weigh 145 and am 6'0 tall and was about 165 and 5'10 when I got them.
