I don't think one is in the works, and even if it was, I doubt it'd be much different than the 4th ed.
BTW, I read the whole damn thing (over 900 pages), but there's really probably only 200 that are really worth reading unless you're a total running freak.
Just thought that 5 years is a long time and considering there have already be 4 editions he may do a 5th - so didn't want to buy the 4th if the 5th came out not long after.
How far apart were the other versions?
1st - 1985
2nd - 1986
3rd - 1991
4th - 2001
Preface of third and fourth make a fifth seem unlikely, maybe.
