I've been doing base mileage for a month now. I'm running 60 mpw at 7:00. I'm supposed to do another month of base training with tempo runs, hilly runs, long runs thrown in. Another month of long repeats, rest, then start track training.
This is all because I'm out of the country and going to miss cross country season/had to start summer training a month late. Watching all this track makes me want to do repeats and end up injuring myself. Help.
