In phase 2, I was averaging about 80mpw.
Phase 3 seems quite stressful, and I was wondering if I should keep my mileage the same, boost it up, or decrease. I am willing to do whatever.
Anyone have any prior experiences?
BTW, I am following the 5k-15k program.
What do you suggest about phase 4?
I feel like I loose fitness if I drop under 40mpw.
