Any tips besides better stretching?
When I'm going on runs, I feel fine and loose in the beginning, no notable tightness or soreness, but start getting pain/tightness in my left hip after about 7-8 miles. It makes my stride feel uneven.
I don't recall having many issues on long runs in the past. I remember being tired and sore, but not having any mechanical issues. I don't weigh more, I'm under 30, and I'm not running considerably more mileage. I have been coming back from being somewhat out of shape, although never sedentary or overweight. In the last few months, I have been having a lot of difficulty finishing long runs, getting pain in the hips or lower stomach near the end.
