Ok, in case the title didn't make it clear, I did a workout today, 2 sets of 3x300 in 41 with a 2:00 rest in between reps, and 4 minutes jogging rest between sets. My main track event is the 800 and I'm wondering what I could do in it based on those times.
My 400 PR is 50.8 from last track season and my fastest race in Cross country from last year was 16:20.
