I wasn't awre that there were any rules disallowing 19 year old kenyans from running in the NAIA. By asking if he is excused from the rules you are implying that he, in some way, has broken rules. I don't think that it is fair for people to just assume that he is a professional. And I guarantee you that if he was someone would have found out about it. Just ask Mid America Nazerene about there runner from last year. Believe it or not, when someone who is as good as Boit, people start researching. So if Boit hasn't been caught yet by other schools in the NAIA (especially schools in the HAAC), then he is probably legit. And that does excuse him from the rules because he hasn't broken any. If you are that worried that he is a pro. then do the research yourself. Start by typing in his name into google.com and you will find all kinds of information. Almost entirley junior world circuits, and nothing indicating his pro status is what you will find. I even found a website that posts all of his best performances.
Hey snowman, why haven't you been on here defending Boit? Just out of curiosity. I am sure that you can somehow vouch for my position here. You probably know a bit more than I do.
