Why is there all the pointless jibberish lately on this thread?
Predictions-

SLU
Geneseo
Plattsburg
TCNJ
Ithaca
U of R
Fredonia
Hamilton
Just some more jibberish but at least there's a point to it.

Jeez, the forecast for Canton absolutely sucks. Meanwhile it's going to rain hard most of the day and night in Southern NY/NJ.
I hope everybody gets through the races okay and gets home safely. Don't drive in a hurry--the roads will be slippery.
Be well, Atlantic Region.
results?
Any updates on the races?
A Cortland guy (not sure which one) beat Kosgei in the men's race. They said NYU and Cortland tied for first. The mud was so thick it was tough to see school names coming across, but it looks like SLU did poorly.
In the women's race, a Brockport girl won and SLU finished first. Cortland choked and placed sixth.
That is really interesting thanks
Really? I heard Cortland won for girls, Geneseo second.
Kosgei won and a girl from SLU got first for the women. Thats all i know
it is so sad to say wrote:

2 slu girls i think wnet 1 -2
Great run by Geneseo. Maybe the Knights will peak for the right race this year instead of sunyacs and states this year.
Look for the Knights to be a dark horse at nationals.
I dont think Plattsburgh is going to get an at-large bid.
Geneseo and SLU should be locks.
Teams:
Cortland
NYU
Geneseo
St. Lawrence
Indivduals:
Kosgei, Hamilton
Heymann, Plattsburgh
Guerrerio, TCNJ
Bocchino, TCNJ
Stenuf, Nazareth
Stewart, Rutgers-Camden
Jackson, Plattsburgh (where\'d he come from??!! stole the last spot away from Williams)
If Platty does somehow get in...Williams, Fredonia and Bell from Ithaca will get the last spots.
What happened to UofR??!!
what happened to U of R that beat Ithaca at states? Ithaca ran very poorly here at regionals, too, if you ask me. Looks like everyone apart from Bell and some of the lower guys on the team bombed. Rochester, with a similar performance to states, shoulda been right there.

I agree. They ran sub-par. I expected Bell and Hodge under 26 and the top 5 under 27. I guess that's what happens when you peak at Saratoga.
what happened to williams? 18th, and many predicted him top-10. geneseo connection = peaking issues.
Congrats to my hometown Violets--men qualifying easily, and women finishing top-ten in the Region! Ladies, the only top-ten ranking that counts is the last one--good job!
maybe williams just peaked at sanyacs, i heard he was keepin the front pac honest the whole time
