Hi,

Where can find ( online ) good information about HR Training zone ? Want identify my Training zone accordance at my HRMax

Which training zone?

Recovery: 50-65%MHR

Aerobic Conditioning 65-80%

Lactate Threshold: 80-92% (depends on time running)

Aerobic Power: 80-90%

VO2 Max: 92-97%

Anaerobic Power: 95-100%
