anyone else feel the same way? the more/harder i train the more i like running. the less i do/the easier i train - such as in down weeks and recovery periods - the less i enjoy running.
i feel it leads me to burnout/overtraining very quickly and easily because once i run a certain amount i want to do nothing but increase that.
is this a disease or something? my friends think i should see a psychiatrist.
