You're right. We should be glad he was successful and hopeful that we continue to learn from the "errors" Timmons made in his training. The funny thing is, who knows if he would have ever come close to what he accomplished without absolutely destroying himself doing those CRAZY workouts. He may have never been anybody. I'll bet Ryun wouldn't give up the experience he had.
