Not good 3months minimum no running, If there is a runner's clinic available to you get to it and have an
othopod look at it. Regular othopods see 1 a year maybe,
but the one there will have seen a lot more. I have seen
this injury and for the most part it occurs when a runner
has a pronounced heel strike/rolling stride. Do you were
a backpack alot/ stand with your weight on your heels?
the clinic can better advise and prescribe what needs to
be done. the key will be rest and addressing the cause,
your transfer of energy into your pelvis via heel up the leg.
