Simon did not avoid out of competition tests, on the contrary, he was still registered at IAAF because then he was allowed to be pacemaker for Shaheen!!!!!!!!!

He did - untill May 26 2008 - not have any intention to make a come back, because his programme during autumn and winter was completely different from his normal programme:
He was just having fun in road racing, like marathon and half marathon. In springtime he was training with two athletes and found out he was better than one who was aiming for Beijing.....
The dose of metandienone found in his blood was so small that - according to a German expert - this can only be caused of contaminated supplements. And that is probably the clue: Because Simon was retired, he bought his supplements in a normal drugstore instead via the save way.
Simon is a victim, not a drug cheat.
