I'm a chick who runs at least 30-40 miles p/week, eat healthy. Usually, I run 7-8 min mile pace or I do fartleks 2-3 times per week. I also walk a lot. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 128 but no matter how much I watch my diet and run, I don't lose any weight. My body fat is 14% and my thighs are bulky with muscle. I'm not fat but I def. would like to look skinnier. Any suggestions on how I can obtain a longer / leaner physique. Maybe incorporate pilates??
