384 miles, getting the base up before I start marathon training. Ran a half marathon PR by about 5 minutes but it's hardly even worth calling a PR because it was nowhere near an all out effort.
Probably about 170 miles...no races, no PRs.

340 total mileage for June as taking care not to burnout or face injury due to excessive mileage befor August's start of speedwork sessions ready for fall xc.

190 which is the best June I've had in five years. Would have been the worst over the 20 before that. Set a PW for 10k on the 21st - 16 minutes slower than my all time best. I. am. old.
about 212 miles/ 9:38 3k time trial, picked that distance since I had never run it and knew I would pr no matter what.
