Ok, so I average 80mile+ in my summer mileage season, and I am wondering if I am the only one who needs to take a Nap midway through the day to be able to work a 8 hour day.
I do this during the school year as well, take naps that is, but as a student it is far more culutrally acceptable to passout basicly wherever you want to. I am a coffee drinker, not more than 2 cups a day usually, but I still feel sleep catching up to me despite having slept a steady 8 hours at night. I am trying to gauge what other people do/think about the subject of naps.
