Hi guys,
I appreciate all the comments and help all of you guys give in the many threads here on the board. I am currently training to break 5 minutes for a mile and have been following this schedule and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions in addition to this schedule or if anyone knows a better one. It is essentially a long run, a speedwork and a tempo run each week with long reps on track early that are slower and gradually get faster and shorter towards the end of the program.
