I see an awful lot of books out there on running and some of them are awful.
They have bad advice, incorrect information, questionable theories, poor writing.
From my collection I have a paperback book that came out in the late 70's written by Anita Bryant. It's about how good Christian families should powerwalk and jog together and shows photos of her, her husband and children in matching velour jogging suits. I have a table in my house with a wobbily leg and it straightened things right out. I think I bought it at the community library used book sale for a dime.
If you nominate a book, tell me why you think it is the worst.
