Hey guys. I know you all hate these threads but I was hoping some of you would oblige anyways and help a brother out. I'm gonna try to break MJ's 200m world record and I wanted some predictions based on this workout I did yesterday:
50x30m w/ 3min rest (during my rest breaks I sat, meditated, and chanted) I won't list all 50. Instead I'll list my averages for every 10 repeats --
Set 1: 3.31
Set 2: 3.34
Set 3: 3.40
Set 4: 3.51
Set 5. 3.49
So you can see I slowed down over the course of the workout, but that was a lot of sprints wasn't it? It took more than 2.5 hours! I really want to break MJs record, so how about it guys (and girls)?!
