Is it bad that I'm practically doing the same thing everyday while I'm in the base phase for cross training? This is what I did this past week, 60mpw

Basically all my runs are about the same pace, or same effort. I'll do some strides after a few of these runs, randomly. Suggestions on how to break up this week for 65mpw and also for when I hit 80 in July
