What happened during that hour? From the results, it looks like there was only one 1500 between his two races.
At any rate, it seems like a very good indication that he is in fine shape to run three good 1500s in four days in July. Yesterday's double was probably equal to the times needed to win the first two rounds at trials. In other words, he should breeze into the finals on his strength, where he and Lagat may well be the only two feeling fresh enough to run 3:35.
