I've been injured 12 weeks. I messed up my ankle pretty badly. I've been going to Physcial Therapy for a few weeks, and yesterday I was there and I went on the treadmill for 30 mins, walking/running. They told me I can start running.
Tomorrow I am planning to go on a 4 mile run, to see how the ankle feels... my question is what shoes should I wear?
Before the injury I was working on doing a lot of my training in Streak XCs and Katana Rac3r IIIs, should I jump right back into the Katana Rac3rs, or should I use more of a trainer, like the Zoom Miler Trainers?
