Yup-- and then do 1.5-2x as much time as you would usually do.
5 miles bicycling = 1 mile running.

don't worry about it - just get your ass out there. hit the hills - stand and work hard on the hills.
ride hill repeats. and make sure to stretch your hamstrings afterwards. riding shortens hamstrings.
