My younger sister doesn't do any sport but she's decided she would like to try sprinting and I've encouraged her into this as I think it would be a good thing for her.
She raced twice so far and has run 33 (bad start) then 31.2 for the 200m off not much training.
What kind of training sessions would be good right now for her, she is coming from nil background.
I thought of things like:
