My advice would be to write down everything you eat & drink for a couple weeks. Match up when the diarrhea hits on the run/after the run and see if something can be adjusted. This time of year, it could be the warmer weather and lack of proper hydration, or you could actually be drinking too much gatorade or something sweet which irritates your stomach after your run. In the summer, I carry handheld 20oz bottles with neopryne handle - 1/4 gatorade/ 3/4 water mix, taking small sips thru my long runs.
I advise writing down everything you eat/drink because it worked for me. I developed lactose intolerance in my mid 30's. Long runs became shitty problems for months. During my yearly visit, my GP advised me to write down what I ate. Turns out, ice cream before bedtime, while a high calorie treat I had been having for years with no issue, was the problem. VERY clear with hindsight, but it took writing down my diet to fix my problem.
While not a problem for me, I have heard that some runners have a LACK of fiber problem, and add metamucil to their diet and have had success. My 2 cents...
