I run in the morning at 5:30am, get on average 7 hours sleep per night, run on average 60 miles / week, I am always tired mainly in the afternoon, cranky and very impatient, lately been feeling run down and easy runs/workouts feel more difficult than normal
should I be trying to get more sleep, would be difficult during the week (job, family, etc.) but could make more of an effort on the weekends
