we just got done with the state meet (which i ran TERRIBLE in)and we have 2 weeks of school left so until this summer we are just chillaxin! (no track) so I have been going to the gym and playing basketball.I dont want to stop training so i'm going to keep running and start lifting until we start AAU track for the summer.
I live 7 miles from the gym which is right beside the weight room.So here are my "plans" please change and fix my freshman mistakes. On monday wednesday and friday i am going to lift and do some sprint work? tuesday and thursday after basketball i am going to run home after basketball (7 miles). i don't know what i should do on sprint days? and on distance days i don't have i ride home so i'm gonna have to go at least 7 miles whether it be walk or watever. so what should i do? should i lift on sprint days or vice versa?
