I am concerned/worried that running is taking over my entire life recently. Is it healthy to think,eat,sleep running all the time. When eating I think healthy diet to stay skinny. I am only happy when training (doubles), sleep in running shorts/vest, only talk with my teammates and coaches about athletics.
Putting in 80-100 mpw and cant rest on recovery/rest days.
My coach thinks I am a good focused dedicated runner who always puts in 101% effort - but at what cost mentally and physically?
Anyone else understand these symptoms and is it normal?
