Anybody got them? Specifically the 1500 and 5000. Thanks.

i was just at the meet. Bumbi won the 1500 in around 3:53. Watson from ND was 2nd and Sam Bair was 3rd. 5000 hasn't run, I don't think.

congrats to former Conard CT high schooler Ahmed Haji
must have been a tactical race.
prelim was quick. 349-344
neither winner is surprising, tho that 3:53 seems hella slow. i'm surprised no one dropped to push the pace and drop bumbalough, as has happened in his last few races. also wish we could have seen a bumbi-curtis race
Bumbalough 1:48.8 to anchor the win.
that kid has some wheels
the 1500 was really slow and tactical. bumbi broke open the race with 600 to go and only a couple responded.
to be clear
came back to run the 4x8 and ran 1:48.8
anyone have a link to Sunday's results..
did the field just seem intimidated by him or what? it seems like an awful slow pace for no one to go with him...how did debole do? he won this thing a couple of years ago i believe.
the 1500 went through 800 in 2:14.9
he ran his last 700 in 1:37.

Who does he think he is, Hicham El Guerrouj?
1;52 last 800

Good results for Georgetown, but when the entire team score is considered, it is clear that Notre Dame and Louisville are getting more out of less, in terms of scholarship spending.
Most surprising was no hoyas in the finals of the 800M or the 400M. It was only a few years ago that they used to dominate both those events at BEC. Not surprisingly, between 1990 and 2001, the Hoyas won 10 out of 12 outdoor BEC.

So true. It was not many years that they didn't have an 800m guy, who could run 1:47. About 15 years ago I was on campus, when they still had the track on top of Yates, and they had a twilight meet with a couple of Georgetown guys pacing another guy to a 1:47.
I meant to say that they seemed to always have at least one 1:47 guy and sometimes more than one.
Agreed.
They won penn 4x8 in 7:14 (?) a couple years ago, now look who is their best 800m guy. Bumbalough is a mosnter talent (looking more and more like he will reset records from 1500-5k indoor/outdoor), but he can't be their go to guy over 800m. Same thing on the DMR indoors and at penn. I really believe banks ran his heart out, but 1:51/2 can't be the best gtown has to offer, especially knowing they have 2:53-3:56 guys bookending the relay. He is good but he shouldn't be their number one 800-10k.
